Payments for your monthly utilities can now be made through this website.
The steps you will see by clicking the GovPayNet image below are:
FIRST SCREEN: Enter the name your account is under, the account number and the street address.
SECOND SCREEN: Verify information
THIRD SCREEN: Enter payment amount
FOURTH SCREEN: Enter name and address as it appears on the debit/credit card and card information. If you would like an email confirmation add your email address. Once the payment is processed you will see a screen that indicates the payment was accepted. If not accepted verify all information that was keyed and make any corrections.
After Payment is processed the City Hall will receive an email with the payment information.
Payments can be processed 24 hours a day.
Any payment submitted prior to 12:00 P.M. on the 15th of the month will be applied to the account prior to any penalties.

City Hall accepts major credit cards and debit cards.
ACH payments are also available by completing necessary forms at City Hall.
